Always one step after the other - the sum of small steps also result in a long distance journey. 

 

A few years ago a good friend in Hong Kong showed me an app and recommended it to me. It is the Daily Calm App - at that time only in English but now also in German. I start every day with it - 10 minutes of breathing and preparing for the day - it helps me a lot to strengthen my serenity. Meanwhile I can breath some things away and always remember the wise words at the end. Beside the Daily Calm there are further meditation exercices and also stories to hear.
